Originally from Veracruz, Sue made the transition to the Riviera Maya at the age of 8. Growing up in such a vibrant and diverse region, she developed a deep appreciation for the beauty of the Mexican coastline and its rich cultural heritage. After completing her university education, Sue embarked on a career path within the tourism industry, where she honed her skills in sales and customer service, catering to visitors from all over the world. However, it was in the realms of real estate administration, finance, and administrative support where her true expertise flourished.
Currently, Sue holds a distinguished position within the Zoom Playa Team, where she plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the company’s day-to-day activities. Her responsibilities include managing accounts payable and receivable, overseeing agents to ensure they have the necessary support to excel in their roles, providing administrative support to management, and serving as the liaison between Zoom Playa Real Estate and developers as well as master brokers across the Riviera Maya. Sue’s extensive experience in real estate administration combined with her strong organizational skills and attention to detail make her an invaluable asset to the team.
Outside of work, Sue remains deeply connected to the Riviera Maya community, actively participating in local events and initiatives aimed at promoting sustainable tourism and preserving the region’s natural beauty. Her passion for the area shines through in her dedication to providing exceptional service to clients and her commitment to helping Zoom Playa continue to thrive in the competitive real estate market of the Riviera Maya.
