I came to Playa del Carmen with my grandson in July to look for investment property in Mexico. I was thrilled to find my Zoom Playa assigned agent. Initially we worked through email to determine the type of property that I was seeking and the budget I was working within. When we met on Saturday, she already had 5 or 6 properties to see all within my criteria. All of them were great options and there were two that I was considering. On Sunday she took us to Tulum to look at a couple more properties and I found the one that suited my needs the best. After, our agent worked with me on getting the right attorneys for the contracts that govern the Bank Trust that I will use to buy the property. The attorneys were great and worked with me to get the contract done in English and Spanish (this governs the language in the trust) and even reviewed their work to make sure that as she said “make the contract bullet proof”.
